How To Order Your Part
- 01Take Dimensions
Measure width, depth of the two openings, and height. Or, bring in your old part or a cardboard template directly to our shop.
- 02Sketch or Photograph
A simple pencil drawing with dimensions or a clear photo of the site installation is all we need to start your fabrication quote.
- 03Shop Pickup
Once confirmed, we fabricate the part to precise specifications in premium galvanized steel, ready for quick pickup.

Materials in stock
Galvanized, Pac-Clad painted steel, 304 stainless, aluminum, and expanded metals and screens in common HVAC gauges. Call out gauge and finish on the quote request.
HVAC duct packages are fabricated to SMACNA HVAC duct construction standards where the job spec requires it. 304 stainless when the drawing calls for corrosion-resistant duct beyond galvanized.
Galvanized
Day-to-day stock for rectangular duct, fittings, transitions, and brackets. Common gauges for contractor work; joints and reinforcements per SMACNA HVAC duct construction when the spec requires it.
Painted steel (Pac-Clad)
Pac-Clad coil-coated sheet when the spec calls for a factory finish instead of field paint. Panels, trim, and exterior-adjacent work.
Pac-Clad — colors & technical info
Stainless 304
304 for commercial kitchens, grease exhaust, and environments too corrosive for galvanized. Typical HVAC gauges; duct details per job spec.
Aluminum
Light gauge for signs, storefront panels, brackets, and outdoor enclosures. Heavier HVAC duct stays on galv or stainless.
Expanded metals and screens
Expanded sheet and perforated screen for return grilles, equipment guards, soffit vents, and screening where airflow matters. Cut and framed to drawing; call out pattern, open area, and finish on the quote.
Structural tubing & bar
Square and rectangular tube, round pipe, flat bar, and angle iron on the rack — plus duct flange rings for round duct tie-ins. Cut to length or bundled with a duct package.
Class 1 flex duct
Insulated flex duct in common diameters for supply runs, boots, and tie-ins. R-8 stock on the floor; call out length and diameter on the quote.
UL tapes & sealants
181 foil and butyl tapes, mastic, firestop, polyurethane sealant, and foam sealant for duct seams, flex connections, and penetrations — the consumables that finish a job right.
