HVAC duct packages are fabricated to SMACNA HVAC duct construction standards where the job spec requires it. 304 stainless when the drawing calls for corrosion-resistant duct beyond galvanized.

Day-to-day stock for rectangular duct, fittings, transitions, and brackets. Common gauges for contractor work; joints and reinforcements per SMACNA HVAC duct construction when the spec requires it.

Pac-Clad coil-coated sheet when the spec calls for a factory finish instead of field paint. Panels, trim, and exterior-adjacent work.

304 for commercial kitchens, grease exhaust, and environments too corrosive for galvanized. Typical HVAC gauges; duct details per job spec.

Light gauge for signs, storefront panels, brackets, and outdoor enclosures. Heavier HVAC duct stays on galv or stainless.

Expanded sheet and perforated screen for return grilles, equipment guards, soffit vents, and screening where airflow matters. Cut and framed to drawing; call out pattern, open area, and finish on the quote.



Square and rectangular tube, round pipe, flat bar, and angle iron on the rack — plus duct flange rings for round duct tie-ins. Cut to length or bundled with a duct package.

Insulated flex duct in common diameters for supply runs, boots, and tie-ins. R-8 stock on the floor; call out length and diameter on the quote.

181 foil and butyl tapes, mastic, firestop, polyurethane sealant, and foam sealant for duct seams, flex connections, and penetrations — the consumables that finish a job right.
